Thought I would post my food diary on here for myself to look back on but also for other people.

Dinner:

Homemade gammon and veg soup 3PP

Tea:

chicken fillet baked - 4pp
roasted veg and new potato - 3pp
sweet chilli sauce - 2 pp

snacks - pineapple 0pp
ww bar - 2pp
belvita - 6pp
sugar in tea - 2 pp

Monday:

lunch -

homemade soup 3 pp
2 ryvita and cheese triangle 3
ww yogurt 1 pp

milk for coffee 2 pp

tea;

WW lasagne 9pp
large salad 0pp

snacks -

sugar in tea 2pp
pinepple and grapes 0pp
sunbites 3 pp
ww bar 2pp

leaves 5pp for snacks tonight.

Finished the day yesterday with a cup of tea, a weight watchers bar and a skinny cow mint lolly x x

dinner - soup again to finish it off 3pp

ww yogurt 1pp
pineapple 0pp

tea - chicken fillet 5 pp
new potato roasted 3 pp
sweet chilli sauce 2 pp
vegetables 0 pp

snacks - ww bar 2 pp
milk 2 pp
sugar in tea 2 pp
leaves 6 pp for tonight probably skinny cow for 2 pp and might have sunbites for 3 pp

yeah the choc mint is lovely and read on here somewhere its 2PP. well worth it just like mint choc chip ice cream x
