Syn value of Ainsley Harriot Aromatic Thai Chicken & Lemongrass

I seem unable to find the syn value of my favourite cup soup. Can anyone please help me?

The nutrition information for a sachet is:
Energy 395kJ (94 kcal)
Protein 1.8g
Carbohydrate 14.9g
of which sugars 1.6g
Fat 2.9g
of which saturates 2.0g
Fibre 0.9g
Sodium 0.49g

I'd have thought the 1 syn = 20 cals rule would work here as there is no free food allowance in soup.

SW assigning 4 1/2 syns to this at 94 calories would back that up.

I thoguth that too but as it was in the syns online anyway we get a definite answer
