Arghhhh lost the plot

Hiya all,
I had ten days away at the end of august, came back with all good intensions to get back on track. But so far another week and another week failed to get back on track .
Need help !!!!
Don't want to go down the slippery road again ?
One good thing this week ime on the night shift 10-6.
So I really could do with some motivation tips to help me back on track !

Hiya Jane,

Sorry to hear you are struggling a bit, but just by posting on here you are not completely off the wagon.
How long have you been doing SW (i am on my phone so can't see stats)
I would say, get you SW books out, and go back to basics, remembering all those reasons why you first started SW and how wicked you feel when you have a great week on plan and get on them scales, don't let a special occasion undo all your hard work, it won't be hard to shift some of that in just a few days of SW.
You had a nice time while on hol you ate some great food but now it is time to get back into your zone where you feel positive and happy.

Read some of the weightloss diaries and see that you are just going through what most of us do, but we all pick ourselves back up and get back on plan as we know how great losing weight makes us feel.

Good advice KraziKayzi. It's the start of a new week so good opportunity for a fresh start. I would join a tread that suits you such as Monday weighers and write your intensions for losses that week. It helps me stick to plan as I have told people how much I wish to lose that week. Even if you don't reach that mini goal I still post as everyone on here is so supportive (I don't go to class). I also saw that one lady photographed everything she ate for a week, it made her think more about what she was eating. You can do this, it's always hard to get back into things when you have had holidays! Good luck.

Thanks for replying !
I have got all my books out and have been planning for the week with been on the night shift x
I have also planned in some ex resize in the morning before I go to bed in the morning for half hr .
Now the hardest bit is keeping to it .
I must say when your on a roll it's good and you keep on track, but when you have a break/Hol it's sometimes a tad hard just to get back on track. I will and can do this :)
