Hi all,
I am having a lot of building work done at the moment and am finding it hard with no kitchen.
I have been keeping a very close eye on my syns and am 35 over this week so far (weigh on Weds) but have upped my exercise to cpmpensate. I have done one extra gym class and am planning to do another 2 extras on top of my usual. This will take me to 7 classes for the week.
Will this help limit the damage or am I kidding myself?
