Are we allowed worcestershire sauce?!

I know ppl sometimes add Tabasco and seasonings, but wondered about Worcestershire?! Xxx

Worcestershire sauce is off the menu I'm afraid as it contains too much sugar. It doens't taste very good with shakes anyway

Everyone in my group is using Worcerstershire Sauce and I thought this was ok? I much prefer the chilli with a few splashes in it. I won't bother having any more if the sauce is of limits. How do we check?

It's not on 'THE LIST' so it's off limits. If in doubt ask your LLC!

Yep, Rachel is right - unless they have changed it, you areonly allowed salt, pepper and Tabasoc - and thats it.

Salt, pepper, tabasco and tablet sweeteners are the only condiments you're allowed. Anything else is a no no!

Sometimes the other girls in your group will do naughty things - there's one in my group who drinks regularly, for example!

I've checked the ingredients of Worcestershire sauce and they include lemon juice and sugar...so even though the other people in your group may have it. It's off limits!!
