I have gone from WW to SW to WW never done pro points before how many pro points is in a bowl of Special K? And how do u know how many points you are on per day? Thanks in advance xx :0)

Hi there. A 30 g bowl is 3 PP. Then you ave to add ur milk. You'll be told at meeting what points ur on. I'm on 29 a day & 49 for my weeklies. Good luck x
