First day back

Hi everyone!!! Well after a few weeks of eating over spontaneously and putting on 10 lbs I have decided that today is the day that I get back on track, my goal weight is 9 and a half, a few weeks ago I was 9 9 and today I am 10 6, so really not happy but I am motivated and determined, I use my fitness pal so will be logging everything I eat and all the exercise I do, I'm aiming for 1200 cals a day and 1000 cals at the gym 3 or 4 times a week, it's my totm at the mo so hopefully that counts for a few pounds (my boobs are 2 sizes bigger than normal lol) so I'm hoping to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week to get back down to under 10, I hate being over that's when I can feel my belly wobble, and then I can slowly start increasing my intake. I've had 2 Weetabix with skimmed milk and a chopped up banana for breakfast (approx 300 cals at the most) so that should keep me going for a while, me and my bf are taking the kids out for the day so I will grab some sushi and blueberries from tesco (500 cals) and then will have a ww meal and veg for tea, I know I can do it as I've done it before I just wish I hadn't let myself get this bad, I've been eating out loads, loads of fast-food and takeaways and loads of snacking on crisps and chocolate, at a guess I've been eating close to 3000 cals a day without going to the gym so no wonder I've put on so much weight and I feel awful so I don't know why I do it, I actually can't wait to start eating healthily and training again it feels so amazing getting that buzz from watching the pounds fall off and seeing the results, wish me luck everyone and I hope everyone else does really really well xxxxxx

come on!!! you will do this...you know you will....whats done is done, and although you have gained a bit of weight it will soon be back off you with a bit of effort and positive thinking...

i still have a big pile of weight to lose, but i am hoping to get to my target and stay there, give or take a few pounds...
