just made my sons t and just realised i want food so bad. think im goin 2 change the diet abit to suit me. do total solutions mon-fri and the sat and sunday av no carb meals in the day an make sureim only takin in the same calories id b takin in with shakes. i dont no if it will work but its either that or give up the diet. its easy for me in week as i work mon-fri, so mornin my sons eatin breakfast as im gettin dressed, i missed dinner time with him and t time if i feel really bad i just go bed early(not every night). its the weekend that kills me sittin with my son for eat meal while he hes an my partner aswell on a sunday. i hope it works i need to lose this weight but just not got the will power all the time.
can anyone tell me if any of these foods i list av carbs in, or at least 2many carbs to av on this diet
salad(lettuce,cucumbertomarto,pepper)
eggs
chedder cheese
chicken,
ham,
lamb,
veg(brocoli,carrott,sweetcorn,sweed,cabbage)
gravy
soy sauce
mint sauce

think there the main things ill av at weekends.
 
i an wud they knock me out ketosis
 
Have a look at the Atkins forum, that diet is based on ketosis (like Exante) & shows you all the food you can eat while staying in ketosis and losing weight. Most meat is safe, a lot of fruit/veg is not. Having said that, why don't you just do Atkins? It means you can eat with your son regardless, without guilt. The weight will still come off, it'll just be a lot easier. You really do need will power on this diet.
 
tryed atkins b4 didnt work. ill look at atkins for the food tho.
 
You can't just replace the calorie content of packs with food that doesn't work and you'll just make yourself Ill. Whatever food you have you have to have it over and above your 3 packs

By all means do Working or Simple solutions but don't do it the way you're suggesting
 
again starlight has it spot on , you cannot eat a balanced diet mad eup of 600 calories worth of food , whatever you eat it just isnt possible . The packs are designed to give you all the nutrients you need to stop you becoming ill , the weekend meals that you suggest will make you ill and not help you loose weigh .
You need to have your 3 packs and a meal or at least 2 packs and 2 meals . I really hope you work out wat works for you , without compromising your health xx
 
You really need to follow the advice given to you by Katie and Starlight, they're right..you can't just go making things up like that, it won't do you any good at all.Maybe you could do TS in the week and do WS at the weekend, you still have the packs, but you do get to have a balanced, healthy meal to join in with the family.

You can do this!! You're not even giving yourself a good shot, It's hard, but it can be done and it's worth doing, especially if you want it bad enough ;)

I'm a single mum, I have two children and it's hard, but they are my sole reason for doing this and getting healthy.
