Measuring squirty cream

So I made some sugar free jelly and fancied some squirty cream to add some flavour as a change from yougurt.

The website says 2 tbsp is 0.5 syn which is great! The question is, do you squirt into the measuring spoon, then level it or does this conndense it? I know I'm being picky but determined to have a loss this week after a few bad ones!

I would work out the syn value using the syns online calculator and the nutritional info on the packaging, according to your portion e.g. 12g. Then i would put your bowl on your kitchen scales, set to 0 and weigh out 12g.

If you're using a proper smilie in your iPhone then it's an app that cam only be seem on I phones !!!

Thats exactly what I do. I like bananas cut up then I put the bowl of bananas onto the scales and put the scale onto zero. I think put on the cream till I get the desired weight. Simples!
