Hi fellow exante'rs

Was just wondering how long it took everyone to get into ketosis. Is there a standard number of days it can take or is it just dependent on the person.
I'm so excited about it coming lol, feel like a child waiting patiently on Santa coming :0)

This is my second stab at this and both times i have felt great on waking up on day 4 loads of energy and not thinking about f**d ALL the time lol.xxxxx

It took my about 5 days to get into but your right its different for everyone. I think it would have been quicker for me if I had cut out the milk in my coffee.

I'm now on day 9 and must be in ketosis by now but I still feel hungry quite a bit of the time. I've not had the big energy rush either, although on days 4/5 did feel colder than normal. It'll just be my luck to be one of the few that always feels hungry

Hi I started the Monday just gone and took a ketosis test on Thursday was in ketosis, wat helps me with hunger pangs is thinking that tests have shown when people think they are hungry 80% of the time they are actually thirsty so I just tell myself I'm thirsty and drink a load of water hope it helps

Hope it comes soon I've been sooooo hungry and really bad headaches. Will probably take ages 4 me cos I'm such a carboholic and I prob had a very big backlog to get rid of b4 ketosis can kick in lol
