points in oatcakes

I've just 2 luxury oatcakes with seeds and need some help to point them. They were made with porridge oats, wheat flour, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, linseeds... How on earth do I point this without any NI what so ever..!! They were about 30g each and I had 2.
 
My advice would be to find something similar on a supermarket site, point that and then maybe add 1 for luck.

Alternatively you could get into the NVs of each individual ingredient per gram, then multiply what you need and work out the PPs but that seems like far too much hassle!
