Caffeine

I switched to de caff tea bags a while ago as I was getting a lot of palpitations and weird heart beats etc, since going de caff, things have improved 100% I wasn't drinking fizzy pop before, but now I am drinking coke zero, Dr Pepper zero, I think they contain caffeine which doesn't seem to be taking any effects as yet..

Is there any drinks that fit with the plan but are also caffeine free?

think the simple answer is no I am affraid , the caffeine free coke has citric acid so is a no no and the zero ones contain caffeine .

Asda do a caffeine free diet coke which is ok to have
