American Style Pancakes

Hi all,

I used to make this recipe all the time and OH loves it but since starting SW i feel too guilty. If i put down the recipe i was wondering if someone would be lovely enough to run it through the syn calculator for me...i miss my pancakes so much!

250ml semi skimmed milk
175g plain flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp caster sugar

This would be really appreciated

The flour alone in your recipe is 28 syns, 6.5 for the milk, 2.5 for the sugar and 2 for the baking powder - Total 39 syns.

These are absolutely gorgeous American Style Breakfast | Slimming Eats - Slimming World Recipes - I've had them at least once a week since I found the recipe and the batter works in a waffle iron too

I know! I love this recipe too and as long as you don't go over board and eat to many, syn wise the aren't too bad. I make blueberry ones

Mn, I fancied blueberry ones buy I wasn't sure how/if to syn them as being technically cooked?

Oh I never thought of that...hmmm well they are SF and they are only really warmed. I wouldn't syn them but I'm sure if I'm wrong someone will post and tell me! Xx

Did a bit of research and yeah I am going to have to syn blueberries if I actually put them in the mix. Probably 1 extra syn per pancake Xx

I make 6 with it darling so it works out not too bad Xx
