Attack A few questions

Hi all, well I'm not on the dukan diet yet, I'm just coming to the end of the book (want to do it properly!) and I'm a bit unclear about a few things and wondered if anyone could help me.
After reading the book and then coming on this forum I'm confused about sweetener, in the book it says 'aspartame' based but some of you use splenda which is sucralose? Is this ok now? Is the book a bit out of date?
Also, can I use stock cubes in the attack phase?
Where are you all getting your fat free dairy stuff from? Have found total 0% yog in sainsburys but no fromage frais or cottage cheese?
Finally (promise!) do youghurts have to contain no fructose etc? Got some 0% fat vanilla activia but they contain fructose so are they banned?!
Thanks in advance!

Hello there Tsmith and welcome

First, please check our FAQ thread which will answer most of your questions, and explain about filling out your User CP, checking out your attack period on the official site etc etc.

Aspartame is the approved sweetener in France, and he does say (over here at least) to avoid the "ose's". Having said that, aspartame has had some bad press so ...

Stock cubes yes, try to find low salt ones if you can
Lowest fat cottage cheese is the Tesco value... or Longley Farm - but neither are fat free, unfortunately.
The yoghurt discussion rumbles on and on. The latest advice is to buy total 0% and flavour yourself. More details on the FAQ site, but Muller Lite toffee and vanilla used to be the recommended ones, but they've recently been axed! Vanilla activia's contain sugar, I think, so not good.
