im soooo hungrey today probably cause i have excersized ( cross trainer ) i have had 2 shakes 1 carrot (sliced ) 2 cherry tomatoes a 4 slices of cucumber roll on tea time not sure what to have lol
If you are exercising you do need to eat a bit extra so feel free to have a banana or some crackers or fruit.... It will not affect your weightloss, in fact if you eat too little especially while exercising it could halt your weight loss.
