Morning all, i have been wanting to try a green day for a while but cant get my head round it. Today though i have organised my food diary & think i may have cracked it - could someone please be so kind as to advise?
Breakfast:
Golden syrup porridge (syns?)
Milk (heb)
Snack:
Activia yogurt & crisps (5syns)
Lunch:
Pasta n sauce (2.5syns)
Milk (heb)
2xslice 400g wholemeal bread (hea)
Dinner:
2x slice 400g wholemeal bread (hea)
baked beans
have i went wrong anywhere?
