Been sooooooooooo naughty this week

take away thurs

chippy fri

tapas meal sat

all u can eat buffet sun

plus copius amounts of booze arghhhhhhh

and ive got WI in one hour :cry:

was gonna hide and not bother going and give it a miss tonight but ive decided to go and face the music ........... to say im dreading the outcome of the scales is a understatment !!!!!!!!!!!

Urgh, I have this tomorrow morning! Had one bad day this week, but where I only have a pound to go, any small thing totally messes me up. If I'm lucky it'll be a STS!
