soooooooooooooo annoyed with myself, started week of great and then from sat onwards iv been eating what i wanted! now dont get me wrong no takeaways but i havent been food optomising:break_diet: got weigh in 2mro night and im thinkin shud i or shudnt i go??ragin at myself for the fact that i only rejoined week before last and had gained 5lb as i hadnt been for few weeks bcuz of a few problems, i lost 2.5lb last week which i was chuffed with and now im bein a total twat! HELP!
 
I have done the same this week but I will go to class and face the music. I always stay for image therapy and I know I will feel more positive after it.

You need to stop now. Draw a line under it and then ask your consultant for help - it is what they are paid for.

Plan your meals for the next few days and then take it one day at a time. What is done is done.
 
dont lose heart just go for it! in weigh in, just try and be good untill you weigh. we all feel low sometimes, i ate all i wanted and more for a full week and i only gained 3 and a half so i did enjoy my week off lol... and now i gotta try again and not lose heart! so keep ur pecker up and just go for it even if u dont stay for the session x

Go to group. Weigh in. Stay to Image therapy and tell everyone what happened. It might help you identify what set you off and come up with solutions for when it happens again.

For today, have the superspeediest day you can (eat foods with the SS symbol) to try and limit any damage.

love the quote.....thanks for that. As i am a newbie...i find i need the group all the time...just not desciplined enough to go it alone yet...maybe never will be...but i dont mind if i always need the group.
 
((hugs)) Please don't feel bad, EVERYONE does this now and again and I know myself I do really beat myself up when I do it, you have had a few good days this week, you ARE trying and remember - you haven't failed until you give up trying!!
Please go to group this week, I know its hard but once you have weighed and you know where you stand, its the start of a brand new week.
The fact that you have had those few good days is better than nothing and I'm sure it won't be as bad as you think!

i've done this many times before it's best to face up to it. i always do but after joining group again this time i lost my motivation and realised i was better on my own so left group and i'm doing much better staying on track. but i always get to hung up on weight and that makes me beat myself up when i go off track and continue to go off track knowing that it will show on the scales anyway. I've always been very independent with things though so that might just be my experience.
I definately needed group the first time i did slimming world though

thank u everyone for your comments u all have inspired me to face the music and go 2mro night:D im drawin a line underneath it and startin afresh 2mro (as today im so busy i have nothin wit me ooopsss) lets hope i havent done to much damage..thank u so much xxx
