feeling low

well once again i am battling with my weight it feels as if its gonna go on forever.

i dont seem to have any delf control over what i eat anymore its so depressing i just wanna be a happy size 12.......

does anyone have any dieting suggestions i have done the cambridge diet and weight watchers i just wanna try somethng different :break_diet:
 
Have you tried a FOOD Diary? I did one in 2002 and lost 4 stone, 2 have crept back so I have just started a new one.:D

Basically you record EVERYTHING you eat and drink. You aim to stick to healthy well balanced meals, plenty of fruit and veg with reasonable portion sizes. You can weigh high cal stuff to make sure you are not going overboard. If you have a treat, you write it down. You would be surprised what that does to your appetite, for instance, I have no problem writing down 'cup of tea and 2 ginger biscuits', but there is no way I can bear to write down ' cup of tea and 6 ginger biscuits'.:eek:

In my first week I have lost 3.25lbs, I am pretty chuffed with that.:D

I lost 5 stone 3 years ago after having my daughter with Slim-fast (although I did lose 2st of that through breastfeeding first) So I should say I lost the extra 3st through slim fast.
I had 2 shakes during the day and a weight watchers micro meal in the night with a slice of bread and butter.
It did take about a week for the shakes to actually make feel full but once they did, it was the easiest diet i've ever been on, and the most effective.
I also kept the weight off for a year and a half easily until I got pregnant again with my son.
In fact its the diet i'm back on now.
I'm losing about 4lb a week on it.
