One slip up:(

Had my first slip up 3 days ago! the BOLD vino, 2 glasses of wine led to crisps, choc and a whole lot more...... chinese then at about 12 that night! and I was doing so good:(, I'm raging with myself..
I put on 1.2lbs so not to bad at all but still I could kick myself.
Started back today and am going to do pp till at least thrursday to get me back into it.
I just needed to post, Ive been logging in and out all day!

Don't overdo your second attack period - 2 days will be fine, then back onto Cruise...

Any idea why this happened? Some thoughts into this might help avert a further disaster?
 
Ok I'll stick to 2 days so if you think thats better.
No idea why really, I was doing so good, hadn't even had a little sneak before hand, as theres no point in lying to yourself! I had such a stressful week with work, thats teh only trigger I can think of. I will have to have some dukan bickies on the ready for the next time.
 
boiled egg... chicken breast... anything boring like that ;)
