Hello,

Can anyone help, I did slimming world about 7 years ago and did really well with it, I did the red & green days which was really easy to follow, I now want to get back on it again, can anyone help me with the healthy extra options list and how it works, what you can have and how many.
 
Sorry but we can't post that information as it is copyrighted by SW. Your best bet is to go along to class, even if only for one week so you can get up-to-date books and informations as a lot has changed in the last 7 years.
