Sainsbury's tomato sauces

Hiya..
I've recently come across sainsburys pasta sauces which are in a jar they are only a quid a jar and mainly tomato based however as I stopped going to class 4 weeks ago as I needed a break, I seemed to be in a bad place so thought take a break and then go back so thats the plan.. However I can no longer check out the syn value online, could someone check for me please ?
They are so nice and have so many uses so fingers crossed the syn value is pretty good..

These are the ones.

Spicy pepper sauce
cals per 100gm = 47
protein = 1.3
carbs = 7.9
fat = 1.8
over all jar size = 500gm

Tomato & chilli
cals per 100gm =41
protein = 1.9
carbs = 7.2
fat = 0.5
jar size 500gm

Tomato & Herb
Cals per 100gm = 54
protein = 2.0
carbs = 8.8
fat = 1.3
jar size 500gm

Onion & Garlic
cals per 100gm = 37
protein = 1.9
carbs = 6.8
fat = 0.2
jar size 500gm

12,10,13.5,9.5 no free food so use 1 syn/20 calories

Ooo, blimey.. and here's me thinking it would be free or close to free being tomato based, I wonder what makes it synful, I spose I'd best stop using those now and they were so easy too..

Ready made sauces do not qualify for a free food allowance, so even though tomatoes may make up the bulk of the sauce they are a straight 1 syn for evey 20 calories and usually come out quite high.
