hi can you help me out i dont know if this is the place to post as im new can i pick your brain a bit more if you dont mind i am struggling abit with what i can eat when i am hungry i am on extra easy and say for example i had pork stir fry for dinner which it says is free can i then have it again 2 hours later for example if i am hungry and if so is it the same for all free foods as this seems to good to be true i have also got my fella doing it and he thinks it seems strange that you can eat all foods that are free as often as you want please can you clarify this for me as i am scared that i may be doing this wrong thanks

Your first choice for snacks between meals should be fruit, vegetables etc. Of course, free foods are 'free' for a reason- but realistically it is impossible to lose weight if you eat potatoes and rice all day in large quantities. HOWEVER: The key is to eat free foods, but STOP when you're full.
Tips:
- Drink plenty of water, sometimes hunger and thirst can be confused.
- Choose superfree fruit and veg first if you start to get peckish.
- Make sure your main meals contain protein, carbs and fruits and veggies- potatoes and rice and pasta etc, are super feeling, but low in energy density- they should keep you fuller for longer without adding huge amounts of calories.
-Make sure your 'hunger' isn't boredom! I used to snack when i was bored, not when I was hungry.

Remember, eating free food is always better than eating a bar of chocolate- if you're hungry, eat! If you're really hungry, you could binge on someting 'naughty', so don't let yourself get ravenous!

Great advice from Clairebear

Why not make a slimming world quiche to snack on packed with superfree veg? If you make the quiche in individual muffin cases it feels like a real treat!
