I dont know whats wrong with me..... I am feeling a little Blah (best word i could think of lol)
Im sticking to SW 100% its now the 4th week and i am happy with my losses ..... I really want to lose at least 1 1/2lb this week (fingers crossed) I haven't been to my exercise classes last week as she is away and back Tuesday, but i have to work away Tuesday and Wednesday nights and im not sure if i will get back in time for Class on Thursday (Starts at 6 and i have a meeting in the Bristol Area at 2.30.....unlikely!!) I then thought i would go to fridays class starting at 6 for just a hour and a catch up.....well not sure if that will work as im have the beauty/hair place having my nails done for a hen do in cardiff, i have to be there at 3.45 and not sure on timings. Then im in Cardiff and i had ordered the meal ages ago....i know ive picked prob the worst meal for me and cant change it....So i am thinking of maybe calling the restaurant and asking them to make me a main meal and ill pay extra as ive all ready asked to change the meal and was told it was too much trouble, plus i cant quite remember what it was lol. The good thing is i don't drink so no syns there. I really don't want to fall or be pushed off the band wagon as my losing weight head is in a good place. I feel different this time around, im not making a fuss nor am i going around telling people im on slimming world. I was starting to worry about working away and the evening meals but i just thought to myself that i can just have a red(S) and have steak and salad or chicken and salad or say sod you lot im going to Sainsburys and have some cold meats and a pre-made salad and yogurts which would make me happy.......My my haven't i gone on lol but do you know what i am starting to feel better, maybe i needed to get it off my chest! lol
