Never Ever Give Up!
I was just thinking that if you can manage to slice your Dukan bread into 3 slices (use a smaller tub to make the bread in so that it will rise higher), you can also make a Club Sandwich.
Ingredients:
3 slices of Dukan bread
Lettuce
Turkey,chicken or roast beef
Bacon or ham
Tomato
Mustard
Dukan mayo
Horseradish
Grill or toast the bread and layer the first slice with either turkey, chicken or roast beef. In case of the beef spread some horseradish on it. Add the second slice of bread. On this slice add the bacon/ham, tomato and lettuce and a dollop of Dukan mayo or mustard on top. Add the last slice of bread and cut in quarters. Use some cocktail sticks to keep the sandwich together.
