Hi all,
Oh here I am AGAIN!! I had a baby almost 3 months ago and joined WW after and was loving it, it gave me such control, but as an old Lipotrim veteran I kept venturing back to the LT forums and ended up switching, cheating, binging, restarting, cheating etc. So I'm back where I started and finally came to the conclusion that TFR aren't for me anymore, much to the relief of friends and my boyfriend! I'm not knocking VLCDs but I've just run my corse with them. Sadly I have a lot to lose, about 8 stone :( so WW is fairly daunting too but as a friend pointed out, 2lbs a week is 8 stone a year (I think)

So I just wanna say hi to you all, if anyone can point me in the direction of success stories of people who've lost about the same as I have too, I could reeally do with the motivation!

Anyway, I'm Fin and I'm 23 from Dublin Ireland, hi!! :)

Hello! I'm also from the vlcd crew and did the same as you - had enough and joined ww then the lure of Cambridge Diet kept getting me back and I kept starving myself then binging! I've now knocked it on the head too and started ww last Friday and I feel so much better health-wise for it.

The losses are slow but it's changing your lifestyle rather then getting quick results. A year will fly by in no time :)

Wow nice to know someone else is in the same situation, it's very hard to let go of VLCDs when you've done so well in the past. While pregnant then on WW I had a perfect relationship with food, then as soon as I went back to the shake lifestyle I was a different person. My boyfriend was even shocked with my attitude to food and my binging! Some people do great on VLCDs and keep the weight off etc, I just simpley cannot torture myself and keep spending so much money on shakes and food when binging!!

I did my WW shop today :) Dying to throw myself into it!
