Ryvita...

Hi, can someone help me on this? In the HExB section of the Food Optimising Book it has 4 Ryvita original/dark rye/ sesame with (F) beside it (for fibre). Then under it it has 2 of the same with (F) and (SS) (superspeed) . Is it a misprint or are they saying only have 2 to superspeed loss. :/

No not a misprint - just as you say, have two to speed losses or four for that extra fibre boost

stupid question, but does original ryvita crispbread count as a hexb? I think it does, but was confused by the same bit in the book, as described by OP. Thanks, Jo

Yes that's the one they were talking about.

You get four Ryvita original crispbread as a HEXB. However if you only have two it is SuperSpeedy as well as being a HEX.

If you're talking about Crackerbread then you get six of the wholegrain only.

Yes, and yes. Theyre not the same as the crispbreads though. Theyre more polystyrene/foamy. Only the wholegrain are a HEX which come in a smaller, browner box than the plain (which are not a HEX):

More Ryvita help please :)

I was told that two of the 'Fruite Crunch' Ryvitas were a healthy extra B, is this right? Also they were on offer in Morrisons so I got the 'Sweet Onion' ones as well, are these counted as a B choice? If not, does anyone know their syns?

Thanks for the help :) x

Fruit are 2 for a HEXB

Cracked Black pepper and Sweet Onion are 3 for a HEXB

Yum I actually really like ryvita and forgot I have some in the cupboard! I know what I'm taking to work tonight to snack on!
