I know that TOTM can affect weight loss but can't remember if it's before and during, and when the weight loss gets back to normal. Does anyone know?

It seems to be different for everyone. Generally I sts the week before and lose again during. Hope that helps.

Thanks, I'm putting my slow weight loss this week (less than a pound so far) down to that at the moment.

I am usually heavier the 2 days before Totm, then lose as soon as I start.

no idea , I take a pill that stops my periods

althoug I do still get the bloating feeling and I would imagine this is when my weight would increase or stay the same , I couldnt say because if I feel like that I just dont weigh myself , no point depressing myself
