Newbie and struggling!

Hi

I did the old weight watchers a couple of years back and was really pleased with results so after having my baby in June I decided 3 weeks ago to join again. I understand the points but don't seem to be losing. I lost 2lb the first week, stayed the same the second and lost a pound this week. I'm finding it quite disheartening and looking for some hints or tips.

i have just started as well i lost 3 in the first week and that is low for me i usually lose between 7 and 10 first week of a diet
