Hello everyone, back again from another weigh in and the end is near. Well I say end but really, it never ends. Even after this I will always be watching my weight. 3 weeks yesterday to I fly out on my holidays. I lost another 5lbs this week and the girl at the chemist couldn't believe it, saying that either could I. Thats 37lbs in total. My partner went and bought me a pair of jeans out of river island and they are a size 12
. I have another weigh in next Saturday and then I start refeed on Thursday 15th September. So nervous. See you all next week.
