Mini Goals

It is always good to have short term aims to keep us going...so what are yours?

Mine is to lose 7lb by my birthday, 9th October, then another 7lb by christmas. I have already lost 3lb in my first week so I am well on my way to my first goal:D
 
Hey good idea Mel.

Amsterdam 5th October = to be 14 stone
Christmas = to be near 13 stone and not put any weight on over Christmas & holidays in lakes for new year.
Valentines day = to be roughly around 12 stone
Easter = to be roughly around 11 stone
May (wedding of the year) = to be at target 10 stone!!!!

Pretty please let this happen :)
