Sainsburys basics burgers

Hi guys
We have so many of these burgers left over from bbqs over the summer and I need freezer space lol.

Does anyone know the syn value of them?
I unfortunately haven't got the cals etc but if no one knows I can check when I sainsburys next. X

I've tried to work it out from the calues on my supermarket and using beef as a free food they are 3.5 on red/ee or 5.5 on green

I very much doubt value burgers will be extra lean mince so no free food allowance, could be wrong xx
