Started on a fast forward plan yesterday, for those of you who haven't heard of this its a rigid plan from slimming work which is only given out if you are really struggling to move that weight. I am allowed 19 units a day, this controls my daily calorie intake and will hopefully get my weight dropping off again.
So here is my Food Diary for yesterday
Breakfast- 2 slices of nimble wholemeal with 1 level tsp of jam on each and a medium banana= 5 Units
Lunch- 1 slice of nimble wholemeal with 28g of reduced fat cheddar and a small salad= 3 Units
Dinner- 113g of prawns, 57g of brocolli, 57g of babycorn, half a red pepper, 28g of dried noodles. 1 tbsp of dry sherry and 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
113g of raspberries and 4 tbsp's of fat free fromage frais= 8 Units
Snacks= 142ml of skimmed milk= 1 unit
1 bag of salt and vinegar french fries= 2 Units.
Drinks= 500ml of water morning, afternoon and evening. 2 cans of Diet coke, 2 coffes (made with milk from my 142ml) and 2 glasses of Ribenna really light.= 0 units.
