I have decided that I am going to do 4 more weeks and then going to re-feed. I probably will not be at my target weight but I have decided that the money I am using on LT will pay for gym memberships for me, my husband and my son. It means we have something that we can all do together.
I will probably have at least 1 stone left to lose, but will hopefully be able to get rid of that at the gym.
I am very excited and have spent the night organising my meals for re-feed.
So if anyone has any tips on re-feed I'm all ears.
