Can anyone tell me how much ketosis sticks are and how to read them

I got some off the Internet and I think that they were about a fiver, just follow the instructions on the packet, pee on the stick and check the colour....simples!

They cost just under £6 from Boots. Instructions are all contained ...the darker the shade the more into ketosis.

As mentioned, all very simple and straightforward. I only pee on them midstream first wee of the morning. Midstream only because I remember doing that for pregnancy kit testing thingy I think.
