hiya guys
sorry if this is on the wrong thread but i need help
all week while being on this diet ive been bringing in my own lunch to work and its just been a sandwich made from 2 small slices of brownbread, chicken and salad BUT tonight im staying at the boyfriends and hes got nothing in to make my lunch with
so i plan to visit sainsburys on my way home and get a readymeal for my lunch , which one is the best one for syns on ee??
im sure they stock some weightwatchers ones so any tips??
