Hi everyone, new to this site... there is some excellent info on here and support so thought i would join!
I get weight Saturday and i have had a bad week, ate out 4 times over the bank holiday and drank a lot! Been back on Track since Tuesday but dreading weigh in! I have lost 12.5lb in 5 weeks so i know i should not be so hard on myself but i am scared it will be a big gain and i have to lose that before i am back on track -Helllllp :cry:
