Old el paso original chilli con carne cooking sauce?

Had this in the cupboard for ages. Its a 400g jar does anyone know the syns so I can work out how to split it?

Ready made sauces do not qualify for a free food allowance so you can use the 1 syn for every 20 calories - but be warned they are usually quite high in syns
