Hi all!

Im new to SW, Just getting into the swing of it all.

Im not going to the groups as i cant make them due to work, so going it alone at home. I'm trying to get a meal plan in order so i can stick to it rather then deciding on the day, as this would be my downfall.

I have found some very useful things on here already and only been a member for a day! :)

Im not too sure on my ideal weight, I've always had problems with body confidence since i can remember! I know id ideally like to get back to my pre-pregnancy body and loose a bit more. Clothes size id like to be a comfortable 10/12. Depending on make im boarding 16/14.


Well, I shall crack on and get some meals planned.

Looking forward to trying the magic porridge.

Red Day:

B. Was scrambled egg.
L. Tuna with a bit of pasta - Syn'd
D. Chicken/Mushrooms with Pasta
S. Penguin biscuit.
Used 10Syns today.

Feel alot better and never realised how much i don't drink enough!

Not snacked much today due to feeling full most the day. I used to snack alot between Lunch/Dinner.
 
Yesterday i had..
B - Porridge
D - Mugshot
T - Chicken stirfry
Snacks - I had Rice Pudding, 3 apples

Shopping has been bought today. Lots of Veg/Fruit :) OH needs to start eating all the dirty food im not allowed in the freezer so i can make soups and some ready meals :)
 
Hi Laura, welcome to Minimins! I only joined recently enough, and the support and ideas here are great! I think I'm a bit addicted! :p Did you try the Magic Porridge? I love it! It's like dessert if you have it with strawberries :) Best of luck with SW!!
 
Hi! Im finding the forum very helpful! I always find something new everytime :) Quite addicted to it too, got the app installed on my phone so can still get on while im out or at work :)
teddysgoldengirl, You dogs look beautiful! We got a golden lab cross retriever puppy loves her long walks although she still pulls alot so using her as a extra exercise :)
 
Ohh it's so easy to get addicted to this isn't it! I have the app too :) Love it! Don't know what I ever did before I joined :p Ahh I'd say your pup is so cute, how old is she? My two are spoiled brats, lying on the couch here as we speak! I have a male and female, Teddy and Roxy, Teddy is 1 and a half and Roxy is 2 this month. They are a lovely breed of dogs!
 
I havent tried the magic porridge yet, i need to though, been sticking to porridge or weetabix topped with fruit. I need to go get some more yoghurts as my little boy keeps eating them x
 
Millie's 11 months today! Still very fussy and bouncy, but very good with my 2 year old. Both little mischief makers :)
 
Not updated the diary for few days so here it is:

Sunday:
B-2weetabix
D - Mugshot and a apple
T - Mash, lots of veg and small piece of beef

Monday:

B - Weetabix
D - Left over mash with some cottage cheese in
T - Jacket spud, Loads of salad and 2 veg fingers

Tuesday:
B - Scambled egg and beans
D Mugshot and a banana
T Chicken Curry/SW Chips/ 2 x sides

Weds

B Weetabix
D Jacket potato salad and cottage cheese
T is looking to be piri piri chicken (HEX) either SW Chips or another spud.

Trying to save my syns as its the OH's birthday on friday and he wants to go to a all you can eat indian and chinese :( Hope my new directory arrives in time so i know what i can have...Men eh!
 
Ohh I know, men are so mean to ladies who are dieting! Although I have to say my boyfriend is very good, although he keeps robbing my curly wurlys and alpen lights! Grr ! What day do you have your weigh in? Diary is looking good !
 
Tomorrow morning will be my WI. He has been okay i think he just forgets some time..he did give me a flake the other night but i throw it back at him...I said seen as it is his birthday he can go where he wants. Im sure there will be stuff i can have. Going to have a look through the Eating out part. Well done on your weight loss :)
 
WI was cancelled due to dodgy scales :( So got the other half to get me some nice new digital ones. Thought my weight was too good to be true! Currently at 13.3 So my old scales was a stone out! Oh well, Rather of found out now then further down the line.

B - Skipped ( Bad i know but had a poorly tummy :( )

Ah no, that's terrible about your scales. My scales at home broke after the first two weeks of me being on my diet, cos I was hopping on them everyday (sometimes 3 or 4 times a day) !!! I never got them fixed cos I actually prefer waiting now til I go to group and get an accurate weight. Best of luck with your new ones! Are you looking forward to your meal out tomorrow evening? Hope you enjoy it x

Yeah i am, although we went to mcdonalds to day as a treat for my little one and i resisted even a mcflurry....Good job it was a drive through lol Im thinking day off SW for tomorrow and get back on and cut the syn intake down for then next week or two...
Scales wise, my little one seems to jump on them to try and get his tooth brush so dont suppose he helped matters, not that im complaining seen as the other half paid :D

@Emmaline Yeah that's my little boy, little monkey he is! I was a little annoyed but im glad i found out a week into it then a few months. I did sneakly weigh myself yest morning and i was 3lb down so suppose thats something..
 
I have decided to give EE days a go. Seems to be what im doing for red as i use a HEX for spuds. (Hope im doing it right..

B- Activia Yog

D - Pot noodle, Muller Yog

T - Spicy chicken, SW chips and lots of salad. ooh and corn on the cob.
