I FEEL ALL OVER THE PLACE!!!

Normal
not sure if this is the correct thread to post on but i really do feel all over the place and am seriously considering doing Weight Watchers... i just want to be normal again.

the reason i thought ww wouldn't work for me before was because i had sooooo much weight to lose and now although i have a lot to lose its not as big a mountain to climb

sorry to be down but just wanted to post how i'm feeling.........

HI GEN
iM SORRY YOU ARE FEELING  Whats making you feel like changing?WW is gr8 ive lost weight several times on it but sadly regained,I lost 3 stone in 5 months on WW a few years ago and I love the points system.
I am going to do LL to get all the excess weight off but my long term plan will be ww maintance as I know the points system.
I hope you decide what you want to do quickly and you'll be :D again soon
((((HUGS))))xxc:)

You according to your tracker have about 40lbs to go, which is what (hang on)...2 and a half?

Thats completely doable by Xmas on WW...

If you are thinking of changing over...now would be the best time (to get it moved by Xmas)

How are you feeling on CD though? I miss Frances support to be honest and if it wasnt for this board and Linda...

I dunno...

Ivy

You've done great on CD and you really don't have that much more to lose. You seem to have really lost the enthusiasm for CD tho and if you can cope with a slower weight loss then move to WW. You will put some weight back on at first though won't you? But as long as you're prepared for that then go for it.....

There is no right or wrong answer honey, you just have to do what's right for you at this moment in time.

Let us know what you decide...

Luv,

I have just posted on Dawn 'lardass' thread. SS and 790 are not the only options we have a wide range of programmes which incorporate food, more than you think you can eat and lose weight.

Sometimes its just not suitable to do SS and its not failing but if you feel its getting you down you need to be looking for another option not necessarily knocking CD on the head but embracing the food programmes that are on offer.

If you have any questions on the food programmes let me know, your CDC should have given you a yellow weightcare booklet.

Linda

thanks guys... i really am just having a bad day but i do think i need to strike a balance somewhere??? i'm on cd today and doing grand i don't actually want food.

i started back on the pill on thursday of last week and that just maybe whats wrong... was looking up side effects, its called yasmin, i'm sure its just hormonal and letting other people influence my moods!!! anyway one of the side effects is appetite suppressant and it is very true for me anyway, i wasn't one bit hungry yesterday!!! ate very little and only cos i just wanted to...... today all i have had is my cd bar. i thought it was just cos i was upset i couldn't eat but not sure if that has ever happened and i'm not actually that upset

i'm defo hormonal and thats a fact!!

Hiya,

Could very well be hormonal I messed up my HRT patches a while back and all hell broke loose in more ways than one:eek:

Do your best with SS but if it is a struggle remember you really do not need to and still get good results.

Hiya Gen and sorru to hear you're feeling a bit crappy today hun.:(

If it's a hormonal thingy then just be kind to yourself, pamper yourself, watch a fav film, wrap up in a blankie, stick your bottom lip out and allow yourself to be a little girl for a while!!:D

hugs.....xxx

Hey there Gen ,

So glad you are feeling better today , i know that the hormones are a terrible thing and its awful when they make you feel like that .

I think you have to do whatever feels right when it comes to ss if you feel bad its better to be in control an be sensible than to force yourself till you go shooting off the rails (i speaketh from experience ;) lol ! )

Hope today continues to be a good one xxx

Hiya

i'm fine again today. i was defo hormonal but i'm gonna give the pill a month before i give up on it. was talking to my friend yesterday who got the coil and she said it took her about 6 weeks to get over the hormones in it and the bleeding and stuff so i might as well stick with this and see how i get on!!

thanks for your concern!!

how are you??

Gen xx

Hi Gen

Have no idea of your background but the coil is only really recommended for people who have had children.

If you have - then its an option.

Or maybe the Nuvaring may be helpful? Or the inplants (though thats expensive if you need to have them removed early)

Am not a real fan of the coil. Have heard alot of people having troubles with it (people i actually know).

Ivy

glad you're feeling fine now Gen :)

I just got one of those coils fitted on friday I hope I'm not going to get all hormonal and everything too, eek. I haven't had any bleeding though, in fact it stopped as soon as the dr put it in.

Hi Gen
Yes I must admit for 2 months I was bleeding every other day but now for the past year I only have a period every 3rd month, but the hormones you get arent as strong.I would use nothing but I dont want 600 kids  lol maybe if I have 1 more then I'll have to be sterilised as Ive had 3 c-sections.
Yes keep on with the pill I hope you find everything settles down soon?
((hugs))
