does any1 have any of these for pp

If you just search on the site for "zero point recipes" you'll prob get a few. Soups are some of the most popular 0 point recipes if you like soup? X

yeah theres about 3 or 4 soups that show up on the WW website under zero pp recipes.

I regulary make the mexican inspired veg soup for work. :) xx

Or you can make up your own soup out of veg. Think one of the most popular with everyone is BNS & red Pepper soup. It was a 0 soup on the old plan too! Its yummy and will be especially nice in the winter months.
Broccoli soup is healthy and free too. Heres a recipe for it that I just put in my recipe thread:

Broccoli Soup (serves 2)
Frylight
1 garlic clove
250ml chicken or veg stock
200g broccoli florets
salt and pepper

Sauté garlic in a pan for 1 -2 mins.
Pour in chicken/veg stock and add broccoli florets.
Bring to the boil & then leave to simmer for 10-12 mins until broccoli is tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and then use a liquidizer to make the soup smooth.
Ladle into bowls (and add a dollop of WW cream or creme fraiche for 1 pp to make it extra nice ;) )

you could make a veg stir fry with beansprouts, onions, mushrooms, peppers and any other veg just use fry lite and soy sauce :)

Does anyone have a recipe for the BNS and red pepper soup that is 0 points. Thanks x

This is how I make mine:

1 BNS peeled, deseeded and chopped in chunks.
1 red pepper deseeded and chopped
1 carrot peeled & sliced
1 litre veg stock
Cracked black pepper

Basically bang all this together in a pot and leave simmering for about 20-25 mins. Then whizz in a blender or liquidizer until smooth. Bobs your fathers brother, yummy soup!!

I make two 0pp soups - Veg soup and a carrot & coriander soup.

I know there is a curry soup but haven't got a clue what the ingredients are but I.know if you.Google it, there is a recipe.

I've found if you put in zero point soups, weight watchers in Google you'll get loads of soup recipes.

All so sound tasty and sometimes can be fab left chunky!! Could u please put your recipe for ver soup and carrot and coriander please thanks x

Hiya

The Carrot & Coriander recipe is

450g fresh sliced carrots
1 sliced onion
2 pints veg stock
1tsp ground corriander
to taste fresh chopped corriander
to taste salt and pepper
2-3 sprays fry light for frying

Soften the onions n the pan using Fry Light. After 3 mins add the garlic and cook for a further 1 min. Add the ground coriander along with the carrots and red pepper. Season. Cook for 2 mins adding more Fry Light if needed. Add stock, bring to boil and simmer until carrots are al-dente. Blend until you reach a smooth consistency, adding more stock and seasoning if required. Just before serving, add the fresh coriander and stir for 1 min. Garnish with more fresh coriander.

The Veg Soup

Personally I chuck in anything I like.

At the moment I use sainsbury frozen stewing veg pack which is Carrots, Onion, Celery, Swede and Turnip and chopped tomatoes. I know ASDA does a stewing pack. It just makes things easier as you always have the ingredients in the freezer plus the veg packs only cost £1. It usually makes 2/3 lots of soup

The original recipe is

2 Carrots
1 Onion
2 Celery
200g Turnip or Small Swede
2 x 400g Chopped Tomatoes
1 tbsp dried Mixed Herbs
1 1/2 Pints of Hot Veg Stock

Put in everything into a saucepan and simmer until all the vegetables are tender (25-30 mins) Serve up

I find the Veg Soup can be a bit boring so sometimes I add all season spice or blend the soup up.

I have also blended the soup up and used it as a sauce over pasta.

-----------------------------------------------------------

For my portion size both soups makes 4-5 batches, so I always have a soup in the freezer

Hope this is some help x

I make a spicy pepper and tomato soup really quick as I cheat with frozen onions and peppers, passata and tinned tomatoes.

Fry onions in fry light and add curry spices to taste and a clove of garlic or 2 - add the tinned tomatoes and passata - simmer for about 15 mins and add frozen peppers and simmer for another 5 - 10 mins until peppers soften but not mushy.

I use a hand blender or just leave chunky - add water if too thick.

I like it pretty spicy and have it wih a Warburton's Square Wrap which tricks me into thinking I'm having curry and chapati lol

You could of course use fresh onions and peppers but I find frozen just as good and really quick and convenient :)

If your sick of soup (which can happen easily) you can make a zero point veg curry!
Just use loads of zero point veg and curry powder.

You would have to count rice though

or ive heard that if u chop up califlower into tiny pieces it can look like rice and soaks up he curry like rice
which would be zero points :)

does anyone had a recipe for a spicy cauliflower soup ? ..... i have loads of cauliflower and thought this sounded yummy ..... now i just need a recipe, lol :D

Ciara. It was really easy

I used 2types of frozen Veg bags and fresh Veg. The quantities are up to you

Bag 1 Carrots, turnip, celery and onion
Bag 2 Aubergine, pepper, courgette
Mushroom ( I like button mushrooms so had abt 8)
Cherry tomatoes ( abt 8)
Leek x 1
Tin tomatoes (400g)
1/4 carton passta (abt 125g)
Splash of water
Chili power

I put all the ingredients in the sauce pan and allowed it to simmer for 45mins. Then add your chili powders (how ever much you like)

It was delish and i had rice which was 6points cooked
