Hi every1,
I`m new here. Started LT TFR 100% 2wks ago and lost 6lbs. But had to start maintenance 4the past wk as its my brother's wedding on Friday. Nervous about my weigh in 2moro :-(. Any advice x

You'll be fine. If you don't lose weight you can blame your brother, and go right back on plan on Saturday! Take care.

Thanks Lass 321, after all the worry i was down 2lbs which is ok. But dreading weigh in next. The amount of food and drink had last nite was unreal. But had a brilliant nite x
