Hi guys, hope you're all okay.
I need your help, I have lost all motivation, and it's like I don't care about SW, I havent finished my weight loss journey, but am finding it really hard to keep going at the moment.
All of my clothes in my wardrobe fit me, or they're too big, so I have nothing I'm trying to get into.
I haven't been back to the gym after my tonsillitis, I need a telling off!!
I have just text my consultant to ask for some advice, do you guys have any ideas to help me get back on the wagon?
xx

What were the reasons for wanting to lose weight and follow slimming world?

Mainly health and image.
and then to do with clothes - but I have achieved one of my my goals which was bein able to go into any shop and grab my size without having to go to Evans.
Xx

your signature is amazing, you have achieved so much and maybe this lull in you journey is just that, a lull, when you are ready you can continue?

Hi,
I was like this for a few weeks n what i did was write diwn everything that was stopping me n how i could over come it also set mini targets rather than a big one n this week i lost 4lb xx

Last week at group our consultant recommended making a for and against list to someone who was struggling to find motivation. She says taking the time to put in writing the positives and negatives of why you actually want to lose weight, and then carrying that list around with you to constantly remind you for a while is one of the most powerful tools you have to get you back on track. Hugs Crystal x

I bought a pair of jeans in the next size down, I try them on every couple of weeks and seeing how much easier it is to get them up (they don't do up yet but we're getting there!) definately motivates me xx

Thanks for the reply, I'm going to try something like that now, this is not the end of my journey!! Xx :)

think of your holiday hun and how you want to feel when you are there, get searching through some before and afters that always does it for me, i am plodding along just now, averaging a loss of around 2lb a week, which i am pleased at, go and buy a nice new smaller outfit to get into always a bonus to have new clothes to aim towards getting into

I have a pair of size 10 jeans that I used to wear all the time. After my son was born I was a size 20 so no hope of fitting in any of my old clothes, we live in a small flat so I had no choice but to get rid of all my pre-pregnancy clothes - but I kept the one pair of jeans. I'm still a size 18 so won't be wearing them for a while yet but tomorrow I'm going to hang them on the front of the wardrobe so I have some inspiration. I WILL fit in them again!

Get something a size smaller and put it somewhere you'll see it a lot :) xx
