been browsing the net, came across a website saying coffee without milk or sugar is a healthy option. anybody want to shed some light on this?:)
 
its true in that its virtually calorie free, like tea, and so is an option while dieting. However, no matter whether it has milk, sugar, honey or a leprechaun in it, it still has HUGE amounts of caffeine which can really affect your body. Especially if you choose to go a couple of days without it - then you get caffeine withdrawal. not fun. in that sense, its not very healthy no.
