Hi Everyone, my Dad & his partner came over to see us at the weekend, we havern't seen pre~Dukan, & he didn't know I was dieting. So as he stepped out of the car, he gasped & said, WOW you look great Ali, you've lost loads of weight!!! Boy, was I a happy bunny!!

Thankeveryone for your coments, I didn't need to feed them Dukan Fodder, as when they arrived I made them Bacon Butties (the smell was wonderful!!!) whilst I had HM burgers & salad, then we all went to the pub & I has steak...lovely!!

You missed a chance there to feed them a decent plate of Dukan fodder, THEN tell them it was OK diet food! I've done that before, and surprised people!
