HELP!

Im out for dinner 2mro night after weigh in and iv no idea what the best thing to have is, i went bit mad on syns over weekend so have none to spare until thurs starts as a new weekcan you please take a look and tell me what u think?

I'd choose the roast red pepper linguine and give the garlic bread to my friend. Not the best SW menu there!!

As it's all cooked to order ask for say the Salmon to be cooked without the butter and the mash without added fat, even phone them beforehand and ask them if they can do a JP'
