nearly five stone gone - just over 1 to go!

I started at about 17 stone last August... now I'm 12 stone 4 ish... want to get to 11!

I'm not expecting this last bit to be fast, but I'm in no rush!

Oh well done! I've taken 2 years to lose 5st lol. Started at 19st 10lbs and am now 14st 8lbs. I've had some stops where I've just maintained for a while but am ready now for the final push. I'm looking forward to silly things like being overweight instead of obese lol
