Got about 4 stone to lose It is my first time, after chucking loads of weight on on the first year I decided I needed to do something quite drastic and I think avoiding food altogether is going to be easier for me at the moment. I'm on day 6 and I'm doing fine, but the first couple of days were hard. Are you doing CD at the moment?

No, I am equipped with my ;'food' supply and will be startingttomorrow. This is my 4th time on this merry go round. I have got to targett two times already but bad choices have got me here again.

I am ready to do It for the last time there Is no other option It is now or never I have a triple wardwobe and chest of drawers full to the brim with size 12 clothes that are begging to be worn.
