Does anybody know if we are allowed these on exante? I know we can have the other meal replacement bars that BL offer but not sure about these as cals are 216 and carbs are 23.9?????
I've bought one and REALLY want to eat it but now I'm scared that I can't! lol

Thanks folks :) x

Hey bouncybride I only buy those ones if I do have a bl bar which isn't often but i don't have any problems with them if I do eat one. But I did hear that they're not recommended. I just think that for me when I'm out and I don't have a bar or shake with me and i can only get hold of bl bar's it's better to have one of those (i find normal bl bars too sweet) instead of 'normal food' everyone is different and in the end it is up to you if you think it's worth trying it. If your firmly in ketosis I doubt it will do much damage/knock you out XxxX

Hi,

Thanks very much for that. I think I'll keep it in the cupboard as an emergency if I ever get a craving or get too hungry! I didn't think it would do too much damage as it's not massively over but I definitely won't just be having it unless I absolutely need it!.

Well done on your loss by the way, it's absolutely fantastic and you look GREAT! :D

Woohooooo!!!! I'm SO pleased you just posted that starlight! Although I'm gutted as I've just had my shake for brekkie lol.

I only have bl bars, me no likey the exante ones. U can have one per day :D

1st 6lbs lost so far! 11st 7lbs (updated daily)

I only have BL bars now too, and the fruit and nut bar is my fave - nom..........

Hasn't caused my any probs with Ketosis or WL so enjoy it BB!!

xx

They're my fav BL bar!!

Don't taste or look like something you'd eat on a diet too!! :D

I'd love to try them, but at £2.30 each I couldn't afford it!! That's crazy money for a bar.

I agree it's a lot of money for a bar, but if you consider that you have one instead of a meal...£2.30 for dinner? That's not as bad :D

I wouldn't have thought twice about spending £6 on a meal in sub way last year. But I still look at bars as expensive! Glad you put it like that scanbran. Now when I buy one as a treat I won't begrudge paying the money :) xx

Exactly. Well put. I used to spend at least £20 on a sushi take out, and some days I'd spend up to £40. For me on one meal... My OH doesn't eat sushi!! Never mind the £6/£7/£8 a day on lunch and breakfasts. I've saved a fortune already on this diet and I've only been on it a week ;)

Just bought these today, having driven 25 miles to a bigger Asda to get their fruit Measure Up bars (which they didn't have in any flavour) so spied the BL breakfast bars and bought 5 to try .... oh my word, they are lovely ... I ate half and am saving half for later. I find them so much handier to take to work, so only have them 13/14 times a month - I reckon that'll do :)
