Any one on here on antipsychotics?

Dont mean to be personal its just I am and am wondering about doing atkins or dukan and just wondered if it worked when taking these drugs as they slow down your metabolism?

I take a high dose of citalopram and beta blockers (both for chronic anxiety) which slow down your metabolism. I've struggled like mad losing weight on every plan I've tried, except lighter life, but to be honest that was a miserable diet. On Dukan, I'm having amazing results. I've been doing the plan 14 days and I've lost 8 lbs! - I finally believe that I've found a plan where I can drop the weight at a pace that can keep me motivated because I have a lot of weight to lose!!
